The Opening Ceremony of the WCO-IOF-ESCEO Congress 2018 will be held at the Slowacki Theatre on April 19, 2018 from 17.30 to 19.20 and will be followed by an industry-sponsored Welcome Cocktail from 19.20 to 20.20.
